With a corporate understanding of more than a decade, having worked in different industries across levels, I learnt my lessons gradually but surely.
In last few years, I got the opportunity to expand my horizon by structuring two business from the scratch. Getting into the skin of various areas like recruitment, strategy, retail, marketing, operations and even management made me inherit the start-up ecosystem completely before a rather successful acquisition of last venture.
During all this time one thing that always made me wonder was the idea that makes a promoter do what he does as it is his vision that reflects of the organization, outside & inside and how almost everything revolves around the informed decisions he takes.
This initiative is an outcome of that perplexity where the human values take the best seat, where communication is the key, where trust deserves to be superior and transparency runs in blood. I always believe that new, challenging situations are possibilities and not problems. A problem would be if nothing new happens.
And I love this fact, welcoming the challenges with open arms. That is what The Life probably is!
